Does the ServiceGuru kiosk require WiFi to work?
While the ServiceGuru kiosk does not require WiFi to collect reviews and surveys, it does require connection to WiFi for several things including but not limited to:
- To sync up reviews, emails and data for loyalty and birthday clubs and survey results.
- To access admin functions on the iPad
- To update users or version including new functionality
- To receive timely alerts in the event of a customer complaint
- Accurate email and online reports
It is highly recommended that you maintain WiFi connectivity at all times.
